Tanya and I recently went and got a number of vaccinations done. It's an unfun but often advisable part of travelling and we've made a little video about our experience getting them done. In all seriousness if you are are venturing beyond a five star resort look into getting some vaccinations done. It's a weird and wonderful world full of weird and wonderful diseases many of which are easily prevented.
The CDC in the US provides some general information about vaccinations by country but of course you should speak to a doctor.
